One of the features of our 2003 Monte Carlo Night was a "Win an Evening at the Firehouse" auction. The winning bidder was treated to an evening at Station 72 with 3 friends. After being picked up in the Volunteer Engine and shuttled back to the station, the night started with a genuine firehouse dinner, prepared by a couple of our firefighters and their wives.

After that, the fun began... donning actual firefighting gear and tearing into some "accident" vehicles with everything from fireaxes to the "jaws of life." There was even some hose-spraying and firefighting involved.
